Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Project Manager, located in New York, NY. The HVAC Project Manager will oversee commercial HVAC construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, managing resources, overseeing inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating logistics, and working with expeditors to ensure smooth project workflows. Effective communication and collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management and oversight of HVAC construction projects for over 10 years
• Familiarity with conducting Inspections and ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience in Management, including coordinating resources and ensuring equipment and materials are provided as per project needs
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant industry tools
• Prior experience in the commercial HVAC industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
