Responsibilities
- Call past HVAC service and replacement quotes to re-engage prospects
- Cold call commercial property owners, managers, and businesses
- Qualify leads and book appointments for sales reps
- Log calls and outcomes in the CRM
Requirements
- Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-up
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized and reliable
Compensation
- Base pay plus performance incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 50.0 per week
