Responsibilities
Compensation: From $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Creating and managing detailed HVAC BIM/VDC models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinating with Engineers, Designers, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Reviewing and resolving clashes in coordination with other trades
- Generating shop drawings, spool drawings, and as-builts for field installation
- Ensuring compliance with design standards, tolerances, and specifications
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior designers/drafters
- Providing technical support to field teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Autodesk/Revit accreditation or completion of an accredited CAD/BIM program
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC BIM/VDC coordination
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal, piping layouts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting
- Experience with Navisworks or BIM 360 is a plus!!!
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Degree preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must!
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of Employees and external contacts (General Contractors)
- Ability to share knowledge
- A commitment to continuous learning
- Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm; occasional Saturdays
