Job Responsibilities
- Manage all e/mail and telephone bookings during the assigned shift.
- Ensure Greeters are assigned to all events.
- Follow up prior to events with each Greeter.
- Ensure Greeters provide full report after completion of each event.
- Accurately record all events in the booking system so all information is ready for billing purposes.
- Make decisions to assist the Greeters in the field during unusual circumstances.
- Assist the Manager with administrative details as necessary.
- Support the Manager in the quest to serve the customer and attract new business.
- Support the Manager with data entry when required.
- High school diploma or GED - advanced degree preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must possess some intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks, applicable Custom Security Seal, and post offer drug screens.
- Be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional and courteous.
- Warm and willing to assist.
- Flexibility.
- Possessing superior problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior airline, travel agency or airport experience preferred.
- Ability to respond well to difficult situations.
- Emotional resilience, able to handle pressure and meet timelines.

- Ability to work without immediate supervision.
- Able to work as part of a remote team.
- Must be flexible to work variable shifts.
- Must be able to juggle calls and assignments.
- Must be detail-oriented and follow through on assignments to completion.
