Position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Unit Computer Security Manager (COMPUSEC), Cybersecurity Branch, Corporate Information Division. Acts as the liaison between PRS, 377ABW WCO, and HQ AFRL/IZC.
- Implements and provides oversight for the unit's Computer Security (COMPUSEC) program to ensure all requirements and processes are implemented correctly and comply with AFMANs, AFIs, and directives.
- Conducts inspections of PRS facilities to determine user compliance with COMPUSEC policy. Ensures the Assessment and Authorization (A&A), and Risk Management Framework (RMF) of systems is completed and certified IAW AFMANs and AFIs.
- The ISSO serves as a technical advisor to the program manager, providing cybersecurity guidance, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring compliance with established directives.
- Performs TEMPEST surveys and conducts risk and vulnerability assessments of IT systems to identify COMSEC, TEMPEST, system vulnerabilities as part of the A&A and RMF process.
- Manages data input and ensures compliance with cybersecurity requirements in ServiceNow and eMASS. Writes and reports intrusion, incident, and Classified Message Incident reports through designated channels to Communication Focal Point, 83rd NOS & INOSC IAW official guidance and oversee remedial actions.
- Monitors work status and provide periodic reports and briefings to supervisors and leadership on individual and team accomplishments, progress, and problems. Provides weekly, monthly, and yearly Cybersecurity metrics to AFRL Leadership

Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship.
- Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to apply IT security principles, methods, and security products throughout the system life cycle management process.
- Certified IAM Level II within the DoD Approved 8570 and/or 8140 requirements.
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Previous ISSM experience
- Experience with RMF, COMPUSEC, COMSEC, EMSEC
- 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity career field
- Bachelor of Science in Information Security or equivalent
- Experience working RDT&E w/in DOD
- Experience with cybersecurity auditing tools and documentation
