- Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance
- Operations Research Analyst (1515): To meet eligibility of an Operations Research Analyst, applicants must meet the following basic requirements. Degree: in operations research; or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics. - General Mathematics and Statistics Series (1501): To meet eligibility in the Mathematics and Stastics Series, applicants must have a Degree: Mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science. - Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level or equivalent grade level of the position being advertised. Examples of specialized experience include expertise in database integration, API development, background in data governance, security protocols, encryption strategies, and compliance with federal regulations.

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-domain data architecture projects
- Track record of successfully implementing synthetic data solutions for simulation and experimentation
- Current TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with DAF-specific data systems or AFRL mission environments
- Expertise in scaling synthetic data generation frameworks across operational areas for experimentation
- Knowledge of and experience in software development life cycle best practices (including Agile)
- Hand-on experience with emerging technologies, such as autonomous systems, advanced simulations, and multi-domain architectures, with a focus of leading innovation projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple organizations and diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience utilizing AI tools like machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to enhance data environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or have equivalent experience managing multi-domain data architecture projects
