Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while actively participating in all aspects of the work. This role ensures accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The Warehouse Manager leads and motivates the team to maintain productivity, safety, and accuracy, while also performing tasks such as receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders, and organizing shipments. Must be able to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, not required.
Minimum Experience: 3 years leading a team in a warehouse environment is desirable, preferably in HVAC distribution or related industry.

Work is normally performed in a warehouse environment or exterior storage yard/lot with some exposure to physical risk. Work may be performed in all weather conditions and exposure to heat, cold, and high noise levels is expected. Regular working hours with occasional overtime are associated with this position.

Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Provide direction, training, and oversight to warehouse associates.
- Serve as the primary contact for warehouse operations, both internal and external.
- Support customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate inbound scheduling and outbound shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Plan delivery routes for company trucks and direct contracted drivers.
- Track and resolve shipment discrepancies (overages, shortages, or damages).
- Arrange maintenance for forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, sales teams, and management to coordinate and optimize warehouse operations.
- Performs all essential responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and quality control
- Other duties as assigned
