What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in duct and dryer vent cleaning (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform services including air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, and water restoration for residential and commercial clients
- Complete jobs independently or as part of a team in an efficient and professional manner
- Support lead technicians and anticipate job needs to maintain smooth workflow
- Learn company processes and develop skills for advancement into leadership roles
- Educate customers on additional services and recommend solutions based on their needs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of company vehicles and equipment
- Prepare job sites by moving furniture and following proper safety procedures
- Adhere to all company safety standards and industry guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
