Air Drilling Associates is seeking experienced Air Drilling/Geothermal Field Supervisors to join our U.S. Operations team for upcoming field projects across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for field leaders who are comfortable being fully involved in day-to-day rig-site operations. We are looking for supervisors with a strong hands-on background, practical drilling knowledge, and the ability to lead from the field, not from the sidelines.
About the Role
The selected candidates will be assigned to various U.S. project locations based on operational requirements. This position requires flexibility, readiness to travel, and availability to work on a rotational field schedule.
Supervisors will be responsible for supporting safe and efficient drilling operations, coordinating field crews, communicating with customers and project teams, and ensuring equipment and procedures are properly followed at the job site.
What we are looking for
Candidates should have:
- At least 5 years of field experience in Air Drilling, Geothermal Drilling, Underbalanced Drilling, Aerated Fluids, Foam, and/or Mist operations
- Strong hands-on rig-site experience with drilling equipment and field operations
- Experience supervising crews in active drilling environments
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real time
- High school diploma or equivalent completed
- Availability to work rotational assignments
- Flexibility to work at multiple U.S. locations as assigned
- Strong commitment to HSE, teamwork, and operational discipline
- Good communication skills with clients, crews, and internal teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- No visa sponsorship is available for this position
Preferred background
- Experience in geothermal drilling projects, remote field assignments, mechanical troubleshooting, and customer-facing field supervision will be highly valued.
