Air Drilling Associates is seeking an experienced Aerated/Foam Drilling Supervisor to join our field operations team in the US. This position is responsible for safely supervising aerated and foam drilling activities while providing technical leadership and ensuring reliable field execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise aerated, foam, and geothermal drilling operations at the wellsite.
• Lead field personnel and coordinate activities with clients, drilling contractors, and other service providers.
• Monitor operating parameters and recommend adjustments to optimize drilling performance.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues in the field.
• Complete accurate operational reports and communicate job progress to management and clients.
• Support equipment inspections, maintenance coordination, rig-up, and rig-down activities.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of field experience in foam, aerated-fluid, air, or aerated geothermal drilling operations in the United States or internationally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and personnel management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise field operations and make sound decisions under demanding conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety, operational quality, and customer service.
• Ability to work rotational schedules and travel to field locations as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of drilling equipment, compressors, boosters, pumps, and associated surface equipment.
• Experience working in international or multicultural field environments.
• Mechanical experience and a good working knowledge of equipment an asset.
• Well control certification is an asset.
