HVAC Lead Installer

Responsibilities
- Install a variety of HVAC system types including: Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Ductless, Geothermal, and Hot Water Heaters, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency after start-up.
- Read and interpret schematics to install and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve air conditioning and refrigeration problems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while on the job.
- Relay accurate information to company owner/comfort advisor regarding job status' daily and provide office personnel with job site equipment information tags upon job completion
- Be knowledgable of technology and utilize dispatching program including uploading debriefs and job photos.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a working knowledge of HVAC heating and air conditioning units, air filtration systems, ductwork, and humidifiers. We also install geothermal and ductless systems; so, having a knowledge of these systems would also be an asset.
Air Doctorx wants our customers to have the best HVAC equipment available that will assist them economically, while keeping them comfortable. In order to do this, we will keep you updated and trained on the latest products in the industry. We offer in-house as well as professional training.
Applicants must have at least 3-years of experience in the HVAC Industry. This position is not open to individuals who have no experience. We are gearing up for another busy summer season.

Applicants must have the following: Basic Personal Hand Tools, Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record, Reliable and Professional in Business and Customer Relations, Excellent Verbal Skills and Energetic Personality, Well Organized, Problem Solving Skills and Deductive Reasoning, Flexible, Able to Work Independently and Follow Directions, Ability to Install Various types of Equipment, Diagnose Problems with Equipment, and Knowledge of Geothermal Equipment.
