Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside with general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to ensure smooth and efficient patient appointments.
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs.
- Help patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visits, providing a warm and reassuring experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow proper sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment procedures, and post-operative care.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to maintain a positive, organized, and supportive environment.
- Help create the exceptional patient experience that makes Air Dental Spa stand out.
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
- Florida dental radiography certification preferred.
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred.
- Experience with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and dental software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for patient care.
