This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient workflow, manage staff, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. They will monitor and optimize team performance, handle vendor relationships, and manage inventory and resource allocation. The Operations Manager will also address customer needs, ensure adherence to company policies, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.
- Operations management expertise, including process optimization and workflow management
