NOW HIRING: INSTALL CREW LEADER
Air Control Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Install Crew Leader who is ready to take the lead and join an established Tallahassee HVAC team.
Pay: $22–$28/hour based on experience
This position is ideal for an experienced installer who can lead a crew, keep installations moving efficiently, and maintain high standards on residential and commercial jobs.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HVAC experience
- EPA certification
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
