Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parts and materials between various locations, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards while on the road.
Duties
- Pick up and Deliver parts and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups alongside warehouse coordinator.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and vendors.
- Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organization.
- Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items when necessary.
- Follow established routes for efficient delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Learn how to make basic metal items like drain pans and square to rounds.
- Learn and help our sheet metal foreman with commercial jobs.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
