Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC General Manager located in Knoxville, TN. The HVAC General Manager will oversee daily operations, including team management, resource allocation, project planning, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and driving overall business growth. The role requires exceptional leadership, operational management, and strategic thinking skills as well as previous experience within the RNC and service departments of HVAC in residential and commercial settings. Plumbing experience is a plus!
