As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, present replacement options, and provide professional recommendations that deliver comfort, efficiency, and value. Our leads are generated through service calls, replacement opportunities, and customer inquiries—allowing you to focus on helping customers and closing sales.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement opportunities
- Perform in-home consultations and system evaluations
- Present equipment options and financing solutions
- Build trust and educate customers on available products and services
- Prepare and present professional proposals
- Follow up on open opportunities and maintain communication with customers
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
- HVAC Comfort Advisor experience
- In-home sales experience
