MAC Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the best heating and cooling solutions for their homes. What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
- Perform in-home consultations and recommend HVAC replacement systems.
- Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing, warranties, and indoor air quality products.
- Prepare accurate proposals and close sales with integrity and professionalism.
- Follow up on leads generated by service technicians, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings or Saturdays as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
- Comfortable using tablets, computers, and CRM software.
Preferred
- HVAC sales or comfort advisor experience.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
- Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software.
- Financing presentation experience.
