Job Description: Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping, and receiving, unloading, and loading trucks. Count, sort, and unpack materials. Responsible for sorting, organizing, and tracking inventory. Fulfilling purchase orders. Work is performed under general supervision.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Receive in parts, stock, and equipment by forklift or by truck dolly.
• Inspect all incoming parts, stock, and equipment.
• Needs to communicate items that have been received and if there is any damage.
• Will ship out parts, equipment, and warranty items as requested.
• Stock shelves when inventory ordered is received.
• Receive in parts in Intellidealer/PFW system and stage accordingly.
• Check all incoming packing slips and invoices for ordered parts within the department.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory counts.
• Updates information for parts profile in Intellidealer/PFW.
• Delivers and or picks up parts as needed by customers or the parts team.
• Maintains inventory and parts transfers to Connex-Consignment locations.
• Must maintain a BOL file for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Will need to assist answering customer phone calls.
• Will be expected to maintain a clean and safe area.
• Expected to participate in training programs provided by ACS. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid Drivers License 
• 2-years minimum experience in parts
• Use of hands/fingers or feel during normal job requirements.  
• Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl while working.  
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.)
• Required to work in areas of extreme temperatures due to weather conditions and operating equipment. 
• Ability to climb various equipment and ladders, lift and carry tools and components weighing up to 50 lbs. 
• Requires forklift operation.
• Military experience and training with honorable discharge a plus.
