Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. In this position, the technician will handle the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, addressing customer service needs to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with EPA standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction with effective communication and service-oriented approaches
- Knowledge of EPA standards and certifications (certification preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules remotely
- Previous HVAC experience and relevant industry certifications are a plus
