The “Turn Team” position hosts one of the most important pieces of the Vacation Rental puzzle. You are the eyes and ears of the listing—setting the tone for a five-star experience from the moment our guests arrive. Providing them with a clean and fresh space to call home for the duration of their stay will assist in doing just that! Just like our motto states -- “clean, fresh, right”

What we're looking for

We're searching for a reliable individual to join our team as a “Turn Team” member in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This candidate is motivated, hard-working, and is willing to learn the policy and procedures set in place for a positive daily operation.

We are searching to fill the following schedule:

- A flex position that offer a range of 2-4 days per week.

What you'll do

• Professionally clean and maintain AIR CLN properties using standards that are set in place for positive daily work flow.

• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces

• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind

• Document any damages to listings

• Meet and maintain established “Turn Team” standards

• Replenish consumable items upon each turn

• Assist with laundry, as needed

The skills you'll need and position requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Smartphone and personal email address

• Weekend availability

• Attention to detail

• No experience required, we are here to bring you up to speed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds

Compensation:

• $25/hr
