TEE Complete Care and Complete Probe Reprocessing are science-based solutions for compliance.
Today, CS Medical provides reprocessing solutions for endocavity, surface, and transesophageal ultrasound probes that include point of care or bedside cleaning, the automation of cleaning, disinfection, and rinsing, along with drying, storage and transportation systems. CS Medical has now set the standard for complete probe reprocessing with Ethos automated cleaner disinfector and TEEClean automated cleaner disinfector.
Due to continued growth and market demands CS Medical is actively seeking applications for a medical affairs manager to help promote best practices and support on going product development and delivery of current products and services to the healthcare community.
Position: Manager, Medical Affairs
Position overview
The Medical Affairs Manager develops and executes educational and training strategies that support product lifecycle and commercial objectives, with a specific responsibility for hospital systems and clinics level of engagement on infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and institutional adoption of company technology by key customers. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Quality, Service, Regulatory, Laboratory, Engineering and senior management to understand market needs and customer challenges to tailor value propositions, educational initiatives, and evidence packages for large accounts and institutional purchasers.
Key responsibilities
Strategic & operational (account emphasis)
- Co-develop account-based scientific strategies and playbooks with Marketing/Sales teams that incorporate infection prevention priorities and hospital workflows.
- Map clinical and operational stakeholders within target hospitals and healthcare settings (IP teams, infection control, physicians/nurses, pharmacy, procurement, quality/safety leads) to support campaigns for CS Medical core objectives and product placement.
- Define and use hospital-relevant evidence—HAI reduction, device-associated infections
to better aid in awareness, and sponsor or align real world evidence/post-marketing studies accordingly.
Hospital & infection prevention engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital IP and SPD teams, antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASPs), and quality improvement (QI) leads to understanding gaps and co-create solutions.
- Support implementation of evidence-based infection prevention protocols, bundles, and
surveillance use-cases in collaboration with IPC and account managers (e.g., product placement, procedural changes).
- Participate in committees (IPC, formulary, quality/safety) and co-present medical
evidence and implementation approaches alongside account managers through presentations and webinars.
Medical communications, education & field enablement
- Develop hospital- and IPC-targeted materials: clinical dossiers, implementation guides,
protocol templates, training modules, audit tools, case studies, and outcomes summaries.
- Train and coach Sales/Service, and hospital clinical educators on clinical evidence,
infection prevention frameworks, and how to engage key stakeholders appropriately.
- As a service to clients provide on-call support during high-priority hospital engagements, tender processes, or rollouts; ensure safe, compliant messaging.
Evidence generation & outcomes support
- Align and support post-marketing studies to generate outcomes relevant to IPC and hospital decision-makers (e.g., HAI rates, ultrasound probe damage and repair cost, staff turnover)
- Work with marketing to create and present real world data on HAI impacts and mitigation strategies to support product adoptions by healthcare institutions.
Cross-functional collaboration & leadership
- Serve as the medical lead for hospital/IP-focused initiatives; ensure medical integrity and
compliance across promotional and implementation activities.

Required qualifications
- Degree in life-science or clinical with experience in Infection Prevention
- Minimum 10 years medical affairs, hospital medicine, infection prevention, IPC program, or
related pharma/biotech/medical device experience.
- Demonstrated experience engaging hospital IPC teams, ASPs, or large institutional
customers.
- Strong skills in stakeholder mapping, protocol implementation, and translating clinical data
into hospital-level impact.
Desired skills & competencies
- Familiarity with infection prevention concepts, surveillance definitions, and quality
improvement methodologies.
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or experience in antimicrobial stewardship required.
- Strong trainer/facilitator skills for multi-disciplinary hospital audiences.
- Excellent project management, data interpretation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for professional engagement such as conferences, workshops, standards or regulatory body meetings.
Working conditions & travel
- Remote home office-based role with planned visits to the corporate headquarters for training, staff support and meetings. Attendance of weekly staff meetings through virtual platform. Other trips will be to key accounts, conferences, and workshops. Travel to be no more than 30%.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
