We are looking for an experienced Gutter Crew Lead to oversee gutter installation projects and lead a small crew. Must have construction or gutter experience, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. Most work is local and completed in the surrounding area with minimal travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead gutter installation crew
- Install gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards
- Ensure quality work and job site safety
- Train crew members and maintain productivity
- Communicate professionally with customers
Requirements
- Gutter/construction experience required
- Crew lead experience a plus
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
