Air Capital Counseling & Assessment is a well-established, collaborative group practice based in Wichita, KS, seeking an independently licensed clinician to join us as a contract provider.
We offer a supportive environment with furnished office space, full administrative support, and the flexibility to build a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and financial goals. Join a group that supports autonomy with the peace of mind of a group setting. Hybrid arrangements are available for clinicians based in Wichita or the surrounding area. (Please note: we are not currently considering fully virtual positions.) Eligible clinicians may qualify for federal loan repayment through HRSA/NHSC and similar programs.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Clinicians with independent licensure in Kansas (including PSYPACT providers)
- Professionals with a trauma focus
- Professionals who work in pediatrics
- Professionals with experience or interest in psychological testing and assessment are highly encouraged to apply
- Providers who are affirming and knowledgeable in working with LGBTQIA and neurodiverse populations
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's level licensure (e.g., LMSW, LMLP, LPC), free of complaints
- We will consider provisionally licensed clinicians under supervision, though preference is given to independently licensed applicants
