Qualifications
- Graduates in any field
- 0–2 years' experience in customer service / call center (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer-oriented mindset, professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls
- Knowledge of travel and tourism is a plus
