What You'll Do
As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Open and close the studio following established procedures.
- Welcome every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Check clients in and assist with registration.
- Help new clients become familiar with the studio and answer general questions.
- Assist clients in locating their hammocks and preparing for class when instructors are busy.
- Help prepare the studio before classes and reset the space afterward.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and studio.
- Become knowledgeable about all AIR memberships, class packages, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Engage with clients after class to answer questions, recommend memberships or packages, and help them continue their fitness journey.
- Support private events, birthday parties, workshops, and high-attendance classes as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while helping build lasting relationships with our community.

Schedule
This is a part-time position.
Applicants must be available to work:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- During special events, private parties, and high-volume class times
