AInvest is seeking an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within exchanges, financial institutions, brokerages, and other key industry players, and will be responsible for expanding AInvest’s footprint in trading technology, brokerage services, and fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with securities exchanges, digital asset exchanges, banks, brokerages, asset managers, and other financial institutions.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate business expansion and establish strong institutional relationships.
- Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to convert business opportunities into executable solutions.
- Support partners with customized offerings such as trading systems, liquidity solutions, brokerage partnerships, and market access.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Contribute to business-growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and partnership frameworks.
- Drive business results through measurable KPIs such as revenue targets, partnership activation, and market expansion.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong professional network within exchanges, brokerages, banks, or other financial institutions.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, brokerage, fintech, or related fields.
- Proven track record of closing partnerships and generating revenue.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading systems, brokerage operations, or digital assets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
