Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Financial Management
- Monitor project financials, including cost control, billing, and change orders.
- Ensure accurate monthly progress billing and timely collection of receivables.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor Project Managers and Engineers; provide guidance on technical and operational challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and project close-out documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing HVAC projects in commercial/industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including air and water systems.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; AutoCAD and project management software experience preferred.
