Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the central communication hub between clients, field technicians, and internal teams. This role ensures smooth coordination of maintenance, repair, and service activities, with a focus on scheduling accuracy, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency within an assigned zone.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technicians and clients in your designated zone.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance inspections, service calls, and repairs per SLA and company procedures.
- Ensure all service call information (labor, materials, equipment, codes, etc.) is accurately recorded from initiation to billing.
- Respond promptly to technician and client requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties:
- Ensure accurate data entry for service calls and billing preparation.
- Verify all maintenance activities are completed within contractual timelines.
- Perform daily closeout tasks, including technician time tracking, material consumption, and reporting.
- Support proposal generation and follow-up on pending service requests.
- Technician Coordination:
- Assign daily workloads and maintain real-time communication throughout the day.
- Track technician arrival times, progress, and completion to ensure adherence to schedule.
- Keep an accurate dispatch board reflecting current job statuses.
- Material & Job Management:
- Coordinate with estimators and purchasers to ensure technicians have necessary materials.
- Schedule repair work once required materials are available.
- Escalate field issues to the Foreman and Field Supervisor when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple service issues simultaneously.
- Skilled in problem-solving and coordination under time-sensitive conditions.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
Salary range - $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
