What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing Team Members & Crew Leader position at Ainsworth Associates?
Get paid to work outside with a great team! Ainsworth Associates is looking for several hardworking individuals to join our team as Mowing Team Members and Crew Leaders. With previous experience or learned experience the right team member candidates could grow into Crew Leaders.
Both jobs require candidates that have a valid driver's license or have reliable transportation to and from base of operations "Valid license is required to drive any company vehicles". Candidates must be detail orientated, provide good customer service and work in a team environment as well as independently. It is preferred that eligible candidates be able to professionally run a zero-turn mower, have experience in weedwacking, line edging, mulching, pruning, fall and spring clean ups but we are willing to train the right individual.
The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for leading and managing the weekly mowing route as well as the Mowing Team Members. We are looking for a leader who has keen attention to detail, is results oriented, and organized.
Starting pay is $18 to $28 an hour depending on experience and job applied for. Workweek is Monday through Friday. The season wraps up in November after fall clean-up services but can be, and is preferred, to be extended into our snowplowing and ice control season.
