Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Retention Specialist to strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term value. In this role, you’ll connect with new and existing customers to ensure they fully understand their service, set clear expectations, and introduce additional services that improve their overall experience. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Make welcome calls to new customers to review services and set clear expectations
- Ensure customers understand their agreement, service schedule, and what to expect
- Build trust and create a strong first impression after the sale
- Identify opportunities to add additional services during welcome calls
- Call existing customers to offer free termite inspections
- Educate customers on the value of preventative and bundled services
- Increase customer retention by strengthening account value and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Meet daily and weekly call and performance goals
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
- Comfortable introducing and recommending additional services
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
Pay: $2,240.00 - $10,000.00 per month
