Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate jet/flush trucks, high-pressure water blasters, and vacuum equipment to clean pipes, manholes, and catch basins.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Clean and clear sewer blockages, debris, and sludge from wastewater collection systems.
- Maintenance & Inspection: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, hoses, and filters.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety standards, including OSHA regulations, PPE usage, and confined space entry procedures.
- Support Crews: Assist CCTV inspection crews and sewer rehabilitation teams on active job sites.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, work orders, and safety documentation

Minimal requirements include:
- License: Valid license.
- Experience: Previous experience in sewer cleaning, vacuum truck operation, or heavy truck driving (usually 6 months to 2 years).
- Skills: Ability to work with high-pressure water systems and understand underground utility work.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs), work outdoors in varied weather conditions, and work in confined spaces
- must have Class A or Class B w/tanker
