In this role, you will work directly with senior executives at top investment managers, spearheading high-impact engagements, shaping transformation agendas, and establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor. In addition to client engagement, this position requires a deep understanding of the asset management industry, along with a demonstrated success in delivering high-impact data analytics and AI solutions to enhance distribution effectiveness (sales and marketing).
Role description:
- Become the trusted advisor to top-tier asset and wealth-management clients.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions/roadmap to grow AUM and save costs.
- Lead 10 membered teams, keep projects on track, and expand each win into new work.
- Pitch ideas, craft proposals, and present clear, actionable insights.
- Lead project leads, data scientists, and consultants to drive top-tier delivery.
Key qualifications required:
- 6-8 years in building sales and marketing analytics/AI solutions in the investment management industry
- Self-driven with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis for senior executives.
- Growth mindset; comfortable building from scratch.
- Proven experience and expertise in applying AI to solve cross-functional challenges (distribution, research, operations, risk) in the investment management domain.
