The Clinical Director (BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for supervising BCBAs and clinical staff, maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and supporting program growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure ABA services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct case reviews, clinical audits, and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven recommendations for treatment modifications.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management of clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with payer requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support client success.
- Manage caseload distribution and clinical productivity standards.
- Participate in strategic planning, program development, and operational initiatives.
- Provide crisis intervention and clinical consultation as needed.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
