In a county experiencing rapid growth and a shifting demographic, our "more than a meal" philosophy is more critical than ever. We are seeking a high-caliber leader to serve as our next CEO—someone who can blend sophisticated business acumen with a deep heart for service.
The Role
The CEO is the architect of our organization’s future. You will lead a dedicated team and a massive volunteer network to ensure that every neighbor in need—from the bustling corridors of Carmel and Fishers to the rural stretches of northern Hamilton County—receives the nutrition and safety checks they deserve.
Key Priorities
- Fundraising Leadership: Act as the "Fundraiser-in-Chief," cultivating major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grants to expand our reach.
- Strategic Expansion: Develop and implement a vision to scale operations as Hamilton County’s senior population continues to rise.
- Logistics & Partnership Management: Oversee the coordination between our healthcare meal-prep partners and our 16 daily delivery routes.
- Community Advocacy: Represent the organization at the Hamilton County Community Foundation, local Chambers of Commerce, and with civic leaders.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous financial stewardship while fostering a culture of transparency and volunteer appreciation.
Who You Are
- A Proven Executive: You have 7–10 years of leadership experience, ideally within the non-profit, healthcare, or senior services sectors.
- A Master Communicator: You can move an audience to action, whether you’re speaking to a local Rotary Club or a high-net-worth donor.
- A Local Champion: You understand the unique fabric of Hamilton County and are committed to maintaining its reputation for community care.
- Mission-Driven: You believe deeply in the dignity of aging at home and are motivated by the tangible impact of our daily deliveries.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $88,000 – $105,000 (Commensurate with experience).
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus structure tied to organizational KPIs and fundraising goals.
