We have an immediate need for 3 Real Estate Agents for our high producing TEAM.
Are you new to real estate sales? Working on getting your license or have you been selling for years? Regardless of where you are today, we can help you make a lot more sales!

Here's what we provide:
- ZILLOW FLEX - First & foremost, we are one of the few Zillow Flex teams in the area. Zillow buyers are further along in the process & it isn't uncommon to go under contract with a Zillow buyer the same week that you obtain the lead....sometimes the same day! We are grateful that we have been part of this program from the beginning & it has changed our agent's lives! We received a high volume of Zillow leads monthly & they keep our agents very busy. Which is why we need YOU!
- Additional lead sources — lots of leads from the best sources! Quite honestly, we have more leads that we can effectively handle. In total, we get anywhere from 250-400 NEW leads a month. We have nearly 35,000 leads in our entire database.
- We provide a world-class CRM that allows for MLS searches, emails, calls, drip campaigns, AI support, training & so much more!
- A respected and highly reputable team of agents to lean on for support. We feel that our agents are the best in business! They come from contribution & don't have a scarcity mindset. Go check out our Google reviews & you will see what our clients think too!
- Scheduled and one on one training early and often so you can quickly gain the confidence that you need to hit your goals.

Responsibilities
What are we looking for? This is extremely important to us.
- You need to be humble - A team player who shares the recognition and the work.
- You need to be hungry - We can't make you want it! Did you know that an average agent sells less than 6-8 homes per year? We don't hire "average" agents! The agents that we choose for our team have their goals set at 2-5 homes/month.
- You need to be customer service focused - A true sales professional who treats others right and has strong interpersonal skills.
- You need to be flexible - The reality is that you must be willing to work nights & weekends. Real estate is not a 9-5 job.
Qualifications
- Current Real Estate license or about to take the state exam.
- Display a people-oriented, highly positive and customer-focused attitude. We are doing it for the clients!
- Open mind with a willingness to learn new tools, systems & technologies.
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
