What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Operations Coordinator for Center for Domestic Preparedness position at AIMC, LLC?
SUMMARY:
The Operations Coordinator responds to all issues involving current and future requirements of resident training in the Student Support Services operations arena. Responds to all issues relating to student needs or requirements; responds to all operational needs for the contract; supervises required responses from various contractors within the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages the preparation of individual course training schedules for all resident courses and pilot courses
· Assist in the creation of all new courses and course management in CTAS
· Manages the operational requirements for resident training issues to include but not limited to: Letters of Attendance; emergency student issues (during regular hours)
· Provides support for designated on call member for after hours issues
· Facilitates the weekly Training De-conflict meeting with all stake holders
· Maintains Student Services monthly master calendar for daily accountability and weekly assignments
· Provides regular briefings to the Resident Team Lead and others, as directed, regarding student issues
· Keeps other supervisors abreast of changes involving their section
· Creates and updates standard operating procedures (SOP) as applicable, and provides recommended changes to CDP Manuals and Directives
· Assists in the delegation of staff support for in-processing, class photo and graduation requirements, by providing a monthly staff support roster for in-processing, photos and graduation duties, in the absence of Resident Training Team Lead or In-processing Coordinator
· Serves as a liaison for student issues involving other contractors supporting CDP, that will ensure mission accomplishment
· Coordinates with center support on all student issues such as medical emergencies and special travel arrangements
· Responsible for maintaining space reservations
· Prepares and delivers all final documentation for students unable to complete a resident course
· Maintains inventory and orders supplies and pre-printed documents, for Student Services, as needed
· Conducts in-processing and reviews in-processing paperwork in the absence of the In -processing Coordinator
· Answers student inquiries or directs to proper personnel as needed
· Participates in the in-processing, graduation, and photos operations as needed
· Accepts constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment
· Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Skills:
· High school graduate or GED equivalent required; Baccalaureate degree in related field preferred
· 2 years of progressive experience in related field
· Must work occasional weekends and flexible hours
