Key Skills/Responsibilities

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant college degree plus related experience; valid driver’s license required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment, supported by strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and skilled in presentations.
  • Expertise in managing diverse teams, solving complex problems, handling high-pressure situations, and working with financial data and basic arithmetic.

Property Information

Our Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter hotel is located one block off world famous Canal street in the French Quarter. Our location is convenient to both Canal St. streetcars as well as St. Charles Avenue streetcars and connecting bus lines. We have a parking lot that is complimentary to our staff. Our hotel culture promotes authentic and friendly New Orleans experiences with our guest and we take pride in recognizing our staff by promoting a fun and supportive environment. We engage our team with quarterly events, birthday recognitions, and community service. The French Quarter is a unique place to work and play. Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
