The LaSalle Chicago, Autograph Collection located on South LaSalle Street in the heart of Chicago’s financial district, is a 229-room luxury hotel occupying the top five floors of a historic landmark building. It sits atop the JW Marriott Hotel, which occupies the first 12 stories of the former Continental Bank building.

Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Management: Lead the strategic planning and management of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.
- Communication and Negotiation: Utilize highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, influence and build relationships with clients and team members.
- Analytical and Strategic Vision: Apply strong analytical skills and strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales deployment strategies.
- Sales and Marketing Expertise: Leverage professional selling skills to drive sales growth through effective opening, probing, supporting and closing techniques.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, overseeing Human Resource funcitions within the division to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce.
- Financial Acumen: Manage budgets and financial data with precision, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
