- Style & Safety Standout: Keep personal appearance and grooming on point, always donning your uniform and name tag with pride. Plus, maintain required certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid so you’re prepared for anything!
- Hotel Harmony Hero: Adhere to Aimbridge policies and regulations to keep hotel operations smooth, safe, and efficient. You’re the detail-oriented dynamo making sure everything’s just right!
- Banquet Superpower Specialist: Prepare schedules and payroll, coordinate food and beverage needs, support setup and breakdown, train staff, keep accurate counts for plating, attend meetings, handle lost-and-found, maintain inventory, and more—your multitasking magic keeps every banquet a success!
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of hotel or related experience, plus supervisory background.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly under pressure.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and comfortable with financial data and basic math.
- Quick decision-maker who can evaluate options and solve problems efficiently in stressful situations.
- Effective listener who understands and responds to concerns from team members and guests.
