- High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience preferred
- 2-3 years in a bellhop or similar role is a plus; minimum one year of driving experience with a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate information clearly and handle basic issues independently
- Works well under pressure, maintaining composure and sound judgment
