Located just outside of Omaha, guests will have easy access to attractions in both Omaha, NE and Council Bluffs, IA. Nearby, the Centurylink Center Omaha, TD Ameritrade Park, or Ralston Arena all host a variety of events year-round. Our hotel is a short drive from many family attractions in the NE/Council Bluffs area including the Omaha Zoo or events at the Mid-America Center. Business travelers will enjoy the close proximity to the Google Data Center, Jennie Edmundson Hospital, or Creighton University. Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
- Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
- Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
- Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
