Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter hotel, located on the banks of the Ohio River. Our Cincinnati hotel is just a two-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, nearby attractions like Paul Brown Stadium, US Bank Arena, Duke Energy Convention Center, and Aronoff Center for the Arts. We're also only 2.7 miles from the excitement of Jack Casino. Southbank Shuttle Trolley stops outside the hotel, offering easy access to downtown. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is only 20 minutes away and the hotel is adjacent to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center with easy access to I-71, I-75 and many Covington, KY attractions. - Master of First Impressions: Greets guests upon arrival and guides them to the check-in area, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Local Guide Extraordinaire: Offers helpful information about the local town or city whenever guests request it, making their stay more enjoyable and informed.
- Manners Maestro: Demonstrates training in polite manners and provides efficient customer service to all guests.
- Accessibility Ally: Assists guests who are physically challenged or have special needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility throughout their visit.
- Direction Specialist: Provides guests with travel directions and shares other relevant information of interest to hotel visitors.
- High school diploma preferred; no formal education required
- Maintain professional appearance with proper uniform and ID
- Provide guests with local tourist information
- Be courteous, cheerful, and customer-oriented
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and manners
