Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter hotel, located on the banks of the Ohio River. Our Cincinnati hotel is just a two-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, nearby attractions like Paul Brown Stadium, US Bank Arena, Duke Energy Convention Center, and Aronoff Center for the Arts. We're also only 2.7 miles from the excitement of Jack Casino. Southbank Shuttle Trolley stops outside the hotel, offering easy access to downtown. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is only 20 minutes away and the hotel is adjacent to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center with easy access to I-71, I-75 and many Covington, KY attractions. - Safety & Standards Champion: Always follow Aimbridge Hospitality’s guidelines and regulations to ensure every function is smooth, safe, and efficient for both guests and staff.
- Set-Up Superstar: Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspect event spaces against the Banquet Event Order, and keep everything organized—ensuring every detail sparkles from start to finish!
- Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework and prior supervisory experience are helpful.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, listen actively, and address concerns from both guests and team members.
- Proficient in essential computer programs, including company-approved spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and maintain professionalism and composure.
- Capable of working with financial data, performing basic arithmetic, and assimilating complex information to meet operational needs.
