- Team Captain: Schedule and train masterful cooks, ensuring every shift kicks off with a well-prepared crew in crisp uniforms.
- Event Maestro: Seamlessly coordinate with other departments to deliver flawless service for conventions, group events, and everything in between.
- Quality Crusader: Conduct daily inspections to guarantee top-notch food, sparkling clean spaces, and immediate follow-up on guest feedback or incidents.
- Money Maestro: Keep the numbers in check by sharing budget updates, controlling costs, and driving profitability with creative revenue strategies.

- Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, along with 5 years of progressive F&B or hotel service industry experience (or a Culinary Degree with 3 years relevant experience).
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and accommodating attitude toward guests.
- Develop and plan all restaurant menus and meals, actively expediting peak periods through hands-on involvement.
- Manage food costs, minimize waste, and ensure creativity, quality, cleanliness, and food safety across all food outlets and events.
