You’re the face of the hotel, making every interaction feel effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. If you love turning first impressions into lasting memories, this is your moment to shine.

After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following:
Located in downtown Indianapolis and one block from Indiana State House, Courtyard Indianapolis offers large rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Amenities include indoor pool area and fitness facilities. Each brightly colored room at the Courtyard Indianapolis at the Capitol is appointed with a cozy seating area facing the flat-screen TV. They are equipped with luxury bedding, ironing facilities and a coffee/tea maker. Guests can relax poolside or do a work out at the hotel’s fitness center. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available as well. Guests will enjoy the healthy options for breakfast and dinner at The Bistro. Starbucks drinks and cocktails are also served at the on-site restaurant. The Indianapolis Zoo and Conseco Fieldhouse are within 2 miles from the hotel.
