Key Skills/Responsibilities

Guests can select from a variety of made-to-order items and enjoy our rotating seasonal menus. The Courtyard Marketplace offers snacks, drinks, and sundries 24 hours a day. Those planning to host an event or meeting can utilize our on-site venue space, accommodating up to 40 people. On-site catering options are available. Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
