In 2020, we renovated all of our guestrooms and in June, 2021 we will debut our new lobby and reception area, a beautifully enhanced courtyard and our new restaurant, Shearwater Tavern. - Financial Wizard: Skillfully manage budgets and financial information, ensuring resources are optimized and every dollar is put to work for maximum results.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant college degree plus related experience; valid driver’s license required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment, supported by strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and skilled in presentations.
- Expertise in managing diverse teams, solving complex problems, handling high-pressure situations, and working with financial data and basic arithmetic.

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
