The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Corporate office. Responsible for development of all written communications and schedules of leaders, completes daily email correspondence activities and receptionist activities, updates and maintains database information, generates contracts and a variety of departmental reports, and completes all routine administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Administration preferred; one to two years of related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Meets the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail required.
- Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Shows skills in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Balances multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Prepares reports and presentation materials.
- Receives and responds to correspondence.
- Receives and directs visitors.
- Schedules meetings, and performs other duties as assigned.
- Arranges and coordinates board meetings and conferences, and attending them.
- Operates desktop computer to edit and compose memoranda and correspondence from dictation.
- Organizes and maintains electronic and paper files and managing projects.
- Coordinates with various employees for activities related to operational support of the Corporate office.
- Deals with incoming calls, post, email, and faxes, and takes minutes and dictation in meetings.
- Schedules and coordinates interviews, meetings, events, appointments, and other similar tasks for supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
