Job Title: Property / Inventory Specialist

Pay: $25/hour - $37.50/hour for Overtime

Position Summary
The Property/Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, storing, and maintaining accountability of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies in a warehouse or secure facility environment. This role supports operational readiness by ensuring accurate inventory control and proper documentation of all property movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and process incoming materials, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or property management systems
- Issue and track property to personnel, projects, and field locations
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic and annual inventories
- Prepare documentation such as receiving reports, transfers, and discrepancy forms
- Organize, store, and stage materials following warehouse best practices
- Load/unload materials and support shipping and receiving operations
- Identify shortages, overages, or damaged goods and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, or property management experience
- Proficiency with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (certifications preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely
- Must pass required background checks and site access requirements
